Sold me a used sliding glass door as a new one. Very dishonest. I purchased a very expensive sliding glass door. It cost over $4000 installed. First, I had to tell the installer that the door wasn't level and I made him level it. He would have left it that way if I had not spoken up. Then, the keys would not come out of the lock.
