While I'm pleased to hear that you love your new windows and were happy with Luis and his installation crew, I sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced along the way. There is no question that we fell short of the experience we strive to provide. The original ordering mistake, the delays in getting the replacement windows, and especially the lack of consistent communication placed an unnecessary burden on you and your family. Regardless of how the mistakes occurred, it was our responsibility to manage the situation better and keep you informed. You should never have had to repeatedly contact us for updates. I also appreciate your understanding regarding some of the circumstances surrounding our project manager's recovery. However, that does not change our responsibility to you as our customer. I'm glad we were able to get the correct bronze windows installed, and I appreciate you recognizing Luis and his crew for their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. I'll be sure to share your compliments with them. I also wanted to personally follow through on the additional dog boarding expense. I felt it was only right that we cover that cost since our mistake and subsequent scheduling changes caused the additional expense. I'm glad I was able to deliver that reimbursement to you. We still have the remaining sash window and screen replacements to take care of, and we will see that through until everything is right. Earning your confidence back is important to me, and I don't take your willingness to recommend us or use us again lightly.
