Met with Sales Director TJ today to discuss issues that prevented installation of our replacement front and rear doors that were to be installed a couple of weeks ago. The meeting was arranged by Project Manager Austin as a result of Installer Louis' astute identification of the issues he found before beginning the installation. Amazing work and window quality! I got several quotes, and Jairo was the only one who brought samples and took the time to give us a demonstration.
The office stayed in communication with me every step of the way. They showed up for every appointment scheduled and thwy were always on time. Edwin’s installation team worked quickly and professionally. Anything they had to move (furniture, curtains, blinds) they put right back. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward.
