Mr. Robert responded timely to my inquiry, was very knowledgeable, and knew what my job required. When he showed up on site (bonus - he was across the lake and fit me in) he was very professional, knew his stuff, and gave me a fair quote with(another bonus) my required window size to be installed within six weeks. After calling at least 10 places, the soonest I could find was 16 weeks out. Was very impressed and can’t thank Mr. Robert and the crew enough for making this happen timely.

We are very pleased with our 12 new windows. The whole process was easy, honest, and professional. Our salesperson (Keith) was awesome along with any and all employees of the company. I have to give a huge thank you to Edwin and crew who actually took the 71 year old windows out and replaced with the new ones. I was very pleased with Window Source of Houston from our initial meeting with David to discuss concerns, to the installers, and of course with Adriana confirming scheduling and following up with us after install. After purchasing our home this past summer, we noticed air leaks around several upstairs windows and outdoor noise too.
