The Window Source of Houston is local veteran owned and family operated. We provide and install custom-made new construction or replacement windows in a variety of styles and materials, including vinyl, fiberglass, and aluminum. We also offer a great selection of exterior front doors, patio doors and sliding patio doors. We are not afraid for a little construction to modify your windows or doors to bring you vision to reality. Our Company core values are Honor, Courage and Commitment. It's been about 6 weeks now and they're not what I expected. I had solar screens and now I have 1/2 regular screens. You can view right in and that's definitely not what I wanted. But you live and learn. 🤔

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your new windows have not met your expectations regarding privacy. We understand how important it is for homeowners to feel comfortable with both the appearance and functionality of their windows. The screens included with replacement windows are standard insect screens, which are designed primarily for ventilation and protection from bugs. Solar screens, which provide additional privacy are a separate product and are not typically included unless specifically selected as part of the project. It was never mentioned that you were expecting the same privacy from the new windows. We appoligize this was an expectation. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss options that may help achieve the level of privacy you were accustomed to with your previous solar screens. Initial contact after inquiry gave me Renewal by Anderson vibes with the sales pitch by text . Immediate turn off as I loath Renewal by Anderson approach. I decided to make an appointment anyway due to the company being veteran owned and claim to have competitive pricing. They sent a younger salesman out.
