We provide and install custom-made new construction or replacement windows in a variety of styles and materials, including vinyl, fiberglass, and aluminum. We also offer a great selection of exterior front doors, patio doors and sliding patio doors. It's been about 6 weeks now and they're not what I expected. I had solar screens and now I have 1/2 regular screens. You can view right in and that's definitely not what I wanted. But you live and learn. 🤔

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your new windows have not met your expectations regarding privacy. We understand how important it is for homeowners to feel comfortable with both the appearance and functionality of their windows. The screens included with replacement windows are standard insect screens, which are designed primarily for ventilation and protection from bugs. Solar screens, which provide additional privacy are a separate product and are not typically included unless specifically selected as part of the project. It was never mentioned that you were expecting the same privacy from the new windows. We appoligize this was an expectation. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss options that may help achieve the level of privacy you were accustomed to with your previous solar screens.
