It is hard to find good customer service from companies today. The Window Source is one of the exceptions. From the top to the bottom, they provides just that, great customer service. The installers are so friendly and likeable that they almost become family members. They make the job look easy. McQuillan in the office is extremely helpful and pleasant. The owner was involved because he cares about his company. The sales rep knows what he is doing and can talk intellectually about the product offering. They worked with me to get the right windows for a price I could afford. Very high quality windows. Simply cannot say enough about how pleased I am with them. I got three bids, Window Source and another company were using the same windows product. Window Source's price was about 12% lower. The small team communicated well enough on the Covid impacted delivery. Day of install was a breeze, They were even nice to the dogs :) . One of the windows had a hairline crack, installers saw it, brought it to our attention, they scheduled the repair, couldn't have been easier.
