Excellent communication from the sales team on progress of order. Because of Covid there was a small delay in our order (supply issues) but that ended up being a good thing. The windows were installed in December so it wasn’t hot during installation. They are absolutely beautiful too. Stunning! Highly recommend them! After getting quotes from Home Depot and Lowes we decided to call the Window Source of Houston. They quickly scheduled a free estimate. Our salesman, Keith showed up on time and was very friendly & knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy which was an added bonus.
