I was very pleased with the quick response to getting someone out to assess my window replacement needs and all information was provided prior to the sell. The installation crew was very friendly and professional and did an EXCELLENT job! My new window frame matches my original interior and exterior frame and looks great! We just had our windows all replaced. The guys left glass all over not just large pieces but shards on the floor, on our furniture in my kids beds and all over in our yard. I have been picking it up for over a week. Grease splatter all over the walls and ceiling. The dust from them taking the windows out covered everything it was a huge mess. Plus the cans of Monster energy that they left in my yard was a plus! To top it off we had a manufacturing defective window that they never told the office... Read more
Sorry you had this experience with the installation. Unfortunately this installer was highly recommended and was a new installer that came over from a competitor. They no longer work for The Window Source because of this out come. We pride ourselves on our installs and can't have out comes like this.
