We provide and install custom-made new construction or replacement windows in a variety of styles and materials, including vinyl, fiberglass, and aluminum. We also offer a great selection of exterior front doors, patio doors and sliding patio doors. We just had our windows all replaced. The guys left glass all over not just large pieces but shards on the floor, on our furniture in my kids beds and all over in our yard. I have been picking it up for over a week. Grease splatter all over the walls and ceiling. The dust from them taking the windows out covered everything it was a huge mess. Plus the cans of Monster energy that they left in my yard was a plus! To top it off we had a manufacturing defective window that they never told the office... Read more

Sorry you had this experience with the installation. Unfortunately this installer was highly recommended and was a new installer that came over from a competitor. They no longer work for The Window Source because of this out come. We pride ourselves on our installs and can't have out comes like this. the crew for Window Source headed by Christian and Eric replaced most of the single pane windows with double pane Mi windows. They arrived on time, and finished all 20 windows in one day, even though the project manager told us 1.5 - 2 days. All the windows fit well, the workers attempted to keep our house fairly clean, and they did a great job of finishing all of them.
