This company was recommended to me by a family member. My initial interaction was okay but I quickly found out that they are extremely unresponsive. If you want a door/window, you will be calling them daily trying to get a call back from the correct person. Every time I called, they said they would have Jonathan call me back that day. The ordered windows came in on time. Installation scheduling was easy. The installation crew led by Christian was excellent and professional, they went to work quickly, worked hard in the heat, had everything they needed, had a person cleaning behind them and were friendly. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend The Window Source and the installation crew.
