I called The Window Source of Houston to help me solve a road noise problem I was having (my back fence borders a busy street). Keith showed up the next day with some samples and we decided to go with triple pane vinyl windows. We did the bedrooms first to see how well they worked before doing other rooms. I ordered doors and windows for our new build Barndomium. Johnathan was very helpful. We did run into a situation with the custom doors, they were not right, however Window Source was quick to correct the problem. It's nice to know that if/when something goes wrong they will fix it.
