We provide and install custom-made new construction or replacement windows in a variety of styles and materials, including vinyl, fiberglass, and aluminum. We also offer a great selection of exterior front doors, patio doors and sliding patio doors. The Window Source of Houston replaced our windows. The cost was very reasonable and the installation completed without any incidents. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a delay in delivery due to the COVID-19 issue from the manufacturer. We were kept up to date on the progress and once the windows were available the installation was scheduled promptly. Though it took longer than expected for the windows to arrive, once they came in the installers arrived early, addressed all my concerns during installation, protected furniture and carpet from dust and debris, and cleaned up after installing windows. They made me aware of one window and one screen delivered with damage and assured me they would be replaced. The company's owner also assured me the damaged items would be replaced.
