We understand how important it is for homeowners to feel comfortable with both the appearance and functionality of their windows. The screens included with replacement windows are standard insect screens, which are designed primarily for ventilation and protection from bugs. Solar screens, which provide additional privacy are a separate product and are not typically included unless specifically selected as part of the project. It was never mentioned that you were expecting the same privacy from the new windows. We appoligize this was an expectation. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss options that may help achieve the level of privacy you were accustomed to with your previous solar screens.
