Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home provided full staging for this charming 1,200 sq. ft. rancher in Shady Side, located just one block from the water. In smaller homes, every room matters, so our goal was to clearly define each space and show buyers how comfortably the home could live.
We staged all three bedrooms, demonstrating flexibility for family living, guests, or work-from-home needs. Thoughtful furniture placement and cohesive styling helped the home feel balanced, functional, and welcoming — while allowing buyers to focus on the desirable waterfront-adjacent location.
This project is a great example of how professional home staging helps smaller properties feel complete and livable, giving buyers confidence in both the layout and lifestyle the home offers.

TLC Home provided a move-in consultation for this two-story home in Annapolis, helping renters quickly feel settled and comfortable in their new space. Our focus was on showing them how to enjoy the home using their own furnishings, while improving flow, functionality, and overall comfort.
