Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Having staged this property previously, TLC Home Staging & Design was already familiar with the home's impressive proportions, architectural features, and opportunities to create an exceptional buyer experience.
Our strategy focused on what buyers would discover once they stepped inside.
With nearly 5,700 square feet of living space, the home offered wonderful opportunities to showcase elegant entertaining, comfortable everyday living, and private retreats.
