Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. When the owners of this 3,500 sq. ft. luxury home in Queenstown sold several pieces of furniture just before listing — oops! — TLC Home stepped in to ensure the property still presented at its best. Vacant rooms can make even the most elegant home feel incomplete, especially in a luxury market, so we curated furnishings and accessories to restore warmth, flow, and balance throughout.
One of the home’s most unique features was a professional-quality nail salon chair that the sellers hoped to include with the sale. Rather than remove it, TLC Home styled the rest of the room as an elegant in-home luxury spa, showing buyers the possibilities of a relaxing retreat — and helping the sellers make a heavy item look like a selling feature.
