Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home recently staged an occupied two-story home in Severna Park, MD, where the seller had sold too much of his furniture, leaving the home feeling empty and lacking definition. We focused on carefully selecting furnishings to complement the existing pieces and strategically reworked the layout, particularly in the challenging living room. By finding the best arrangement for the space and adding key accessories, we created a welcoming environment that made buyers feel instantly at home. Our goal was to bring warmth, style, and flow to this property, helping it stand out in a competitive market.
