Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. This 3,500-square-foot rancher in Annapolis offered an impressive combination of one-level living, generous proportions, and elegant architectural details. For a home of this caliber, the staging needed to feel equally refined while allowing the home's features—not the furnishings—to remain the focus.
TLC Home Staging & Design created a sophisticated, luxury presentation using carefully scaled furnishings, polished accessories, and intentional styling throughout the home's key spaces. The goal was to give buyers an immediate sense of both elegance and livability—showing that a luxurious home can still feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming.
With a sprawling one-story floor plan, furniture placement was especially important in helping buyers understand the scale and flow of the home. Each space was given a clear purpose while maintaining a cohesive look from room to room.
