Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Condominium – Annapolis, Maryland
This vacant condominium in Annapolis was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design with a focus on helping the space feel lighter, brighter, and more inviting despite darker existing paint colors.
Dark wall tones can sometimes make smaller spaces feel heavier or closed in for buyers, so the staging approach centered on bringing balance and softness into the home without the need for repainting. TLC Home selected furnishings, textiles, and accessories that introduced lighter tones, layered textures, and reflective elements to help visually brighten the interior.
Strategic furniture placement also helped define the layout clearly while maintaining an open, airy feel throughout the condo. The result was a polished presentation that allowed buyers to focus on the home itself rather than the darker finishes.

Two-Story Home – Annapolis, Maryland
This occupied two-story home in Annapolis was enhanced by TLC Home Staging & Design with a targeted, partial staging approach while the sellers remained living in the home.
Because the rest of the home was already furnished, TLC Home focused on staging just the key areas that would have the greatest impact on buyers. The living room was fully staged to establish layout, flow, and scale within the open space, while the dining area was accessorized to create a cohesive connection between the spaces.
This approach allowed the home to feel polished and complete where it matters most, without disrupting the sellers’ daily living. It’s a great example of TLC Home’s flexibility—willing to stage only what’s needed to elevate the overall presentation, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
