Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

Terry is an angel with organizational skills! She has a very calm spirit, is very encouraging, and works miracles WITH you before your eyes. Her process is never complicated, her ideas and methods are repeatable, and I always come away wondering 'now why didn't I think of that?'! We are all subject to the Second Law of Thermodynamics: all closed systems tend to maximize entropy (disorder). Entropy needs to be on guard: T. Cooch is in the universe! LOL!
