TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home was tasked with designing a staging plan that complements this unique feature while highlighting the home's inviting layout and comfortable charm.
Our primary goal was to create a cohesive and welcoming living space that enhances the visual impact of the stone fireplace while emphasizing the home’s open, single-level design—perfect for a wide range of buyers.
The stone fireplace wall was accented with neutral-toned furnishings and subtle decor that let its natural texture and beauty shine. A large, soft area rug was placed to anchor the seating area and frame the fireplace as the centerpiece. Earthy, complementary tones and natural materials, like wooden accent tables and woven throws, were used to tie in with the rustic warmth of the stone.
