Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. For this occupied townhouse in Millersville, MD, TLC Home completely reimagined the main living and dining spaces by moving the seller’s furniture to storage and replacing it with fresh, modern stager furnishings. This update created a cohesive, inviting aesthetic that showcases the home’s potential and makes a lasting impression on buyers.
In the remaining spaces, we enhanced the seller’s existing furniture with carefully selected stager accessories—adding pops of color, layering textures, and styling with a buyer-friendly focus. The result was a seamless blend of comfort and style that highlights the home’s best features.
