Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. This completely rehabbed split foyer in Pasadena, MD was already a significant investment. Professional staging was the final step—helping showcase the improvements, create an emotional connection with buyers, and position the property to achieve the best possible return.
The flipper chose distinctive blue walls rather than traditional neutrals, giving us an added design challenge. We embraced the color, using warm neutrals, natural textures, and carefully selected furnishings to create a cohesive, buyer-friendly look.
