TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. Split-Level Home – Crownsville, Maryland
This unique split-level home in Crownsville was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design to help buyers better understand the layout and visualize the home’s full potential. The property had previously been listed vacant, which made it difficult for buyers to interpret the scale and function of the spaces.
Our staging approach focused on clearly defining the entry living area and creating a natural flow between levels. Thoughtful furniture placement and balanced styling helped highlight how the rooms could comfortably function for everyday living while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the home.
By giving buyers a clear vision of how the spaces could live and feel, the transformation made an immediate impact on the market. After staging, the home went under contract the first weekend with multiple offers.
