Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. We began with a detailed staging consultation, then returned to refine the presentation by adding carefully selected accessories and furniture, updating key areas, and filling in where the spaces needed warmth, cohesion, or scale. One of our favorite features was the additional apartment-style suite on the lower level, which offered excellent flexibility for guests, multi-generational living, or rental potential.
