Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Our goal was to unify the look and flow of the home. By introducing fresh furnishings, warm tones, and modern accessories, we tied the rooms together and created a cohesive style that complemented both the newer finishes and the original features.
The result was a comfortable, welcoming home with broad buyer appeal—showing how professional staging can make every space feel intentional and well-designed, even when updates are partial.

Annapolis – Contemporary Split-Level with Smart, Space-Maximizing Design

With its modern layout and open flow, the home offered wonderful potential—but needed thoughtful staging to help buyers visualize how to make the most of every area.
Our design emphasized function and livability, transforming the lower level into a stylish entertainment space and staging the screened porch to extend the home’s usable living area. These additions brought balance, warmth, and purpose throughout, creating a connected, buyer-ready design that showcased the property’s full potential.
