Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. This Pasadena estate home had been lovingly lived in and aged in by the seller, holding years of memories and charm. While well cared for, the home reflected a very traditional, grandma-style look that made it difficult for buyers—especially young family buyers—to see past the décor and envision the home as their own.
TLC Home was brought in to provide a staging consultation, guiding the family through paint selections, cosmetic updates, and preparation priorities that would modernize the home at a reasonable cost. This one-story rancher in Severna Park was truly one of TLC Home’s favorite projects to stage this year. What began as a basic, straightforward layout was transformed into a spacious, stylish home that clearly showcased its full potential.
In addition to staging the interior, we strongly believe in highlighting bonus and outdoor spaces, which are often overlooked but incredibly valuable to buyers. By staging the side deck, we helped buyers notice not only the added usable living space, but also the home’s peaceful, woodsy surroundings—an extension of the lifestyle the property offers.

TLC Home was thrilled to provide paint consultation and staging services for this attractive ranch-style home in Bowie. During the consultation, we recommended Sherwin-Williams Alabaster White, a warm, timeless neutral that beautifully balanced the home’s golden cabinetry and black appliances. The color selection instantly lightened and modernized the space without requiring major renovation.

This large two-story home in Annapolis was somewhat dated, with formerly popular gray walls that needed thoughtful handling—not replacement. TLC Home’s approach focused on simple, strategic staging to highlight the home’s strongest features while creating warmth and emotional connection for today’s buyers.
By keeping the staging minimal in the living room, we allowed the home’s beautiful hardwood floors to take center stage, helping buyers immediately appreciate quality and character. Throughout the home, staging emphasized family potential, with youthful touches in the children’s bedrooms that made it easy for buyers to imagine everyday life unfolding there.
In the large primary suite, TLC Home introduced a stunning navy-and-white color scheme, adding a defined seating area that elevated the space and gave it a more luxurious, intentional feel. This subtle update helped modernize the room without overpowering it.
