Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

Our Work

5700 Park Drive , Bowie, MD, US

We were thrilled to be able to select Sherwin Williams Alabaster White for this attractive rancher in Bowie MD. The golden cabinets and black appliances inspired the color scheme and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We’re especially grateful to Bonnie Wolfe, Coldwell Banker for referring TLC Home staging.

Terry did an amazing job staging our home. We have a "older" beautiful home on the water that is ready for renovating - something we decided not to do before putting it on the market. Our listing agent recommended Terry. She came in and worked her magic....turning our home into a waterfront oasis, making our listing photos phenomenal. As she was working...I kept saying "I wish we had brought you in here 7 years ago"...so we could have enjoyed it looking this great. She's lovely to work with... Read more

Terry did an absolutely fantastic job staging my home. It sold in 4 days. She was prompt, efficient, and has a wonderful decorating feel to make a home appeal to the most people. We used some of her items mixed in with mine. I would definitely use her again.

I used Terry and TLC for a personal renovation project that we just put on the market and I am very pleased with the process. Communication, execution, and everything has been ideal. Thank you!

TLC Home staging was terrific. Terry has a great vision of how to update your house for the photos and showings. She guided us through the process of what needed to be done and brought loads of furnishings to make it look complete.
