Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. This two-story water-view home in Severna Park was a true pleasure for TLC Home to stage. During the initial staging consultation, we provided clear recommendations on paint colors to update, as well as which furnishings and accessories to keep—helping the sellers focus on what truly supported the home’s layout and views.
Following the consultation, TLC Home provided hands-on occupied staging, bringing in select furnishings and accessories to simplify each space and strengthen flow throughout the home. The goal was to create an emotional connection between buyers and the property—highlighting comfort, livability, and the beautiful water views without distraction.

It’s always exciting for TLC Home to stage new construction, and this over 5,000 sq. ft. two-story home in Davidsonville was a standout. With its large, open floor plan and expansive rooms, the home needed staging that would define spaces, add warmth, and help buyers emotionally connect without overwhelming the architecture.
TLC Home selected an elegant modern farmhouse aesthetic that perfectly suited Davidsonville’s rural surroundings while still appealing to today’s sophisticated buyers. Thoughtful furniture placement and layered textures helped break up the open spaces, creating a sense of comfort, flow, and livability throughout the home.
This project is a great example of how professional staging brings scale and intention to large new construction homes, helping buyers see how the spaces are meant to function and feel.
