Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. The TLC Home team loved staging this luxury one-story waterfront home in Annapolis. This property was semi-furnished, with the sellers having moved out while leaving select pieces behind—making it a perfect candidate for TLC Home’s consultation-led, half-and-half staging approach.
We began with a staging consultation, then thoughtfully reworked the sellers’ remaining furnishings, editing and repositioning pieces to improve flow and highlight the home’s exceptional waterfront setting. TLC Home added select furnishings and accessories where needed, ensuring each space felt complete, intentional, and luxurious—without overpowering the architecture or the views.
The before-and-after photos clearly show how refining what stayed, adding the right elements, and accessorizing with purpose transformed the home into a calm, elevated retreat. Special attention was given to waterfront living spaces, helping buyers immediately imagine everyday life centered around light, views, and relaxed elegance.
