TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home Staging was thrilled for the opportunity to stage this warm, attractive two-story colonial family home in Odenton. From the moment buyers entered, our goal was to create a beautiful, welcoming entry that set the tone for the entire home and immediately made visitors feel at ease.
Rather than changing what already worked, we thoughtfully worked with the existing wall colors, using furnishings, accessories, and layout to create attractive spaces with smooth, natural flow from room to room. Each area was staged to support family living—comfortable, connected, and easy to imagine as home.
This project is a great example of how professional staging doesn’t require a full overhaul to be effective. By enhancing what was already in place and focusing on flow and first impressions, the home felt cohesive, inviting, and buyer-ready.
