Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. This one-story rancher in Severna Park was truly one of TLC Home’s favorite projects to stage this year. What began as a basic, straightforward layout was transformed into a spacious, stylish home that clearly showcased its full potential.
In addition to staging the interior, we strongly believe in highlighting bonus and outdoor spaces, which are often overlooked but incredibly valuable to buyers. By staging the side deck, we helped buyers notice not only the added usable living space, but also the home’s peaceful, woodsy surroundings—an extension of the lifestyle the property offers.
This project is a great example of how thoughtful staging goes beyond furniture placement. It’s about helping buyers see how every space—inside and out—can be enjoyed.
