Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. This one-story rancher in Severna Park was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design to demonstrate how even small, simple spaces can be completely transformed with thoughtful design.
The before and after photos highlight the impact of staging in bringing clarity, purpose, and warmth to each room. In vacant homes—especially ranchers with smaller footprints—buyers can struggle to understand how spaces should function. Our approach focused on defining every area with intention, ensuring that each room clearly communicated its purpose.
Through strategic furniture placement, scaled selections, and clean, balanced styling, TLC Home created a layout that felt both functional and inviting. Each space was designed to show how it could be used in everyday living, helping buyers easily imagine themselves in the home.
