Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Two-Story Home – Crofton
This small, traditional two-story home was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design to highlight the home’s livability and help buyers immediately understand how the primary spaces could function. Even in well-proportioned homes, thoughtful staging plays an important role in creating warmth, flow, and visual balance.
For this project, TLC Home focused on the living room, dining area, and primary bedroom, establishing a cohesive design that carried throughout the home. Furniture placement helped define each area clearly, while bright, stylish accessories were used to enhance the kitchen visually, adding energy and polish for listing photos and showings.
The goal was to create a presentation that felt fresh, welcoming, and easy for buyers to connect with emotionally the moment they walked through the door.
The results came quickly—the home went under contract in just two days, and TLC Home was honored to receive a five-star review following the staging.

Waterview Two-Story Home – Deale, Maryland
This waterview two-story home in Deale was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design following a complete renovation and refresh that transformed the property into a home that feels entirely new. With updated finishes, fresh surfaces, and an open first-floor layout, the staging focused on reinforcing the clean, modern feel while helping buyers understand how the spaces could live day to day.
The open first floor offered an ideal opportunity to create a strong visual flow between the living and dining areas. TLC Home carefully balanced furniture scale and placement to define each space while maintaining the airy openness of the floor plan. Layered textures, neutral furnishings, and carefully chosen accents allowed the water-view setting to remain a subtle focal point while adding warmth and comfort throughout the home.
Because the renovation gave the property the feeling of a brand-new home, the styling emphasized a fresh, polished presentation that would photograph beautifully and appeal to a wide range of buyers.
