Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Before & After: Cape Cod – Pasadena, Maryland
This occupied Cape Cod in Pasadena was prepared for market beginning with a staging consultation by TLC Home Staging & Design, followed by a return visit to refine the space after the sellers completed the recommended updates.
The home was fully lived in, which can often make it challenging for buyers to separate everyday living from the home’s true potential. During the consultation, TLC Home provided clear direction on what to edit, rearrange, and highlight, creating a plan that would transform the home using primarily the seller’s existing furnishings.
There’s no need to tidy or prepare in advance for a consultation, as TLC Home is able to see past everyday living and focus on the home’s full potential for buyers.
After the sellers completed the recommended tasks, TLC Home returned to rearrange furniture, refine layouts, and add accessories as needed, bringing everything together into a cohesive, buyer-ready presentation.
The before and after photos tell the story—spaces that once felt personal and lived-in were transformed into a cleaner, more open, and purposeful design, while still feeling authentic to the home.

Coastal Condominium – Annapolis, Maryland
This vacant condominium in Annapolis was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design with a coastal-inspired approach that reflects the relaxed Chesapeake Bay lifestyle buyers expect in this area.
With the home vacant, the goal was to define each space clearly while creating a light, airy feel that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. TLC Home selected furnishings and accessories that introduced soft coastal elements—subtle textures, natural tones, and layered neutrals—without feeling overly themed or seasonal.
Furniture placement established a natural flow between living areas, helping buyers understand how the space could function comfortably day to day. The result was a presentation that felt fresh, welcoming, and aligned with the Annapolis market, while allowing the home’s location and lifestyle appeal to shine.
