TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Elegant Two-Story Estate – Davidsonville, Maryland
This 5400 sq ft , elegant two-story home in Davidsonville began with a staging consultation and paint color selection by TLC Home Staging & Design, establishing the design direction before the transformation began.
The home was truly one of a kind, featuring highly ornamental architecture, intricate ceiling moldings, and decorative ceiling artwork throughout. Rather than competing with these extraordinary architectural details, TLC Home developed a design plan that would allow them to become the home's defining feature.
A Modern European aesthetic was selected to complement the home's craftsmanship. Clean-lined furnishings, understated elegance, and a carefully curated color palette created a sophisticated balance between classic architecture and contemporary living. Paint selections were chosen to enhance the intricate moldings and ceiling details while creating a cohesive flow throughout the home.
The consultation provided the roadmap for a design that respected the home's unique character while presenting it in a way that would resonate with today's luxury buyers.
