Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. 4,200-Square-Foot Two-Story Home – Huntingtown, Maryland
This 4,200-square-foot two-story home in Huntingtown was prepared for market through a combination of staging consultation and hands-on occupied staging by TLC Home Staging & Design.
The process began with a comprehensive consultation, providing the homeowners with a clear plan for preparing their home for sale. After they completed the recommended updates, TLC Home returned to work alongside the sellers—rearranging their existing furnishings, adding carefully selected pieces, and fully staging the living room, family room, and primary bedroom. Coordinated artwork and accessories throughout the remaining living spaces completed the transformation.
One of TLC Home's guiding principles is that every room should have a clear purpose. Buyers connect with homes when they immediately understand how each space can be enjoyed. Through thoughtful furniture placement and intentional styling, every room in this home invited buyers to imagine themselves living there.
