Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Coastal Condominium – Annapolis, Maryland
This vacant condominium in Annapolis was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design with a coastal-inspired approach that reflects the relaxed Chesapeake Bay lifestyle buyers expect in this area.
With the home vacant, the goal was to define each space clearly while creating a light, airy feel that would appeal to a wide range of buyers. TLC Home selected furnishings and accessories that introduced soft coastal elements—subtle textures, natural tones, and layered neutrals—without feeling overly themed or seasonal.
Furniture placement established a natural flow between living areas, helping buyers understand how the space could function comfortably day to day. The result was a presentation that felt fresh, welcoming, and aligned with the Annapolis market, while allowing the home’s location and lifestyle appeal to shine.

Townhouse – Annapolis, Maryland
This small townhouse in Annapolis was staged by TLC Home Staging & Design with a modern approach focused on maximizing both seating and overall livability.
In smaller homes, one of the biggest challenges is helping buyers understand how much usable space is truly available. TLC Home carefully selected and arranged furnishings to demonstrate ample seating and comfortable everyday living, without making the space feel crowded.
A key highlight of this project was the porch, which was intentionally staged as an extension of the interior living space. By visually connecting the indoor and outdoor areas, the staging helped expand the perceived square footage and reinforced a relaxed, functional lifestyle.
The result was a clean, modern presentation that allowed buyers to fully appreciate how the home could live—both inside and out.
