TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. This small Cape Cod home in Annapolis was first shown vacant, but without furniture, buyers struggled to understand how the spaces could be used. While the home had charm, its layout and scale weren’t immediately clear in an empty state.
