Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

Columbia One-Story – Consultation That Delivered Results

TLC Home provided a consultation-only service for this one-story home in Columbia, helping the homeowners prepare a well-loved but cluttered space for the market. Our focus was on decluttering, reorganizing, and improving flow—using what the family already owned and creating layouts that felt both functional and inviting. In fact, some of the new arrangements were so successful that the family chose to keep them until closing because their kids loved the setup so much.

The results were outstanding. After following the consultation guidance, the home went under contract in less than 72 hours and over asking price. The sellers shared a wonderful review, noting that buyer feedback consistently highlighted how amazing the home looked—and crediting the transformation directly to the consultation process.

This project is a powerful example of how a professional staging consultation alone can dramatically improve presentation, buyer perception, and sales results—without full staging services.
