Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. With this particular project, the homeowner had moved out of state and once the daughter moved out, we were able to come in and clear out the home in just one day! We made a special attempt to find good homes for the useful belongings with the help of Facebook Marketplace.
