Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! My TLC Home truly enjoyed staging this occupied, two story colonial, located in Arnold MD. As an Arnold Home Staging Company, TLC Home LLC and the Terry Cooch's team, has over 40 years of interior decorating and home staging experience. For this particular property, you will see in the photos above, that the home was repainted to brighten and open up the rooms. We not only used most of our clients furniture, we also substituted some of the furniture with our TLC Home furniture and accessories. Some of the photos on the walls were changed and we added some accessories throughout the house to give it that "special touch."
