Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. Galesville – Luxury Waterfront Custom Home with Extraordinary Marsh Views
TLC Home had the privilege of collaborating with Stansfield Signature to stage this unique, custom-built luxury home in Galesville. Situated along the water, the home offers breathtaking views of the marsh, but it needed our expert staging to truly showcase its full potential.
We focused on enhancing key areas to elevate the home’s luxurious appeal, including the spacious living areas, dining room, and primary bedroom. With careful attention to detail, we used high-end, coastal-inspired furnishings and accessories to create an inviting, sophisticated atmosphere. Our goal was to help buyers connect with the lifestyle this extraordinary property offers and highlight the stunning views that make it truly one-of-a-kind.
