Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! TLC Home staged this 100-year-old two-story farmhouse in Gambrills, celebrating its character while enhancing its appeal to today’s buyers. With very few updates, the home’s charm and craftsmanship took center stage — our goal was to honor its history while creating a fresh, welcoming look that connected the interior with its rural surroundings.
We brought the outside in through natural textures, warm wood tones, and layered neutrals that echoed the landscape just beyond the windows. Thoughtful furniture placement and cozy vignettes helped define spaces and showcase the home’s unique architecture.
