TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! The home was already fully furnished, so our focus was on refining furniture placement, enhancing flow, and adding carefully selected accessories to elevate the look. With thoughtful styling and attention to detail, we created a warm, polished design that complemented the home’s waterfront setting and invited buyers to imagine life by the Chesapeake.
