Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

TLC Home provided a consultation-only service for this Severna Park property, offering a detailed, room-by-room plan outlining exactly what to move out, what to relocate, and how to simplify each space for maximum buyer appeal. No accessories or hands-on staging were needed — the sellers did a fantastic job following every recommendation, including significant decluttering and thoughtful editing of their belongings.

This project is a strong example of the value of a professional staging consultation. With expert guidance, sellers can dramatically improve their home’s presentation using what they already have.
