Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

Severn Townhouse – Teamwork and the TLC Touch

TLC Home provided a staging consultation and hands-on styling service for this Severn townhouse, working closely with Bonnie Wolfe to refine the home’s presentation. The seller had a solid foundation of furnishings, so our role focused on editing, rearranging, and adding the TLC Touch to bring warmth, balance, and flow to each space.

Collaborating with Bonnie is always a pleasure — together, we created a cohesive look that highlighted the home’s best features and made each room feel more inviting and market-ready. Severna Park Waterfront – Unique One-Story With the TLC Touch

TLC Home provided a staging consultation for this unique one-story waterfront home in Severna Park, where beautiful water views could be enjoyed from many rooms. Our focus was on enhancing those sightlines, simplifying the décor, and bringing in the TLC Touch to create flow, warmth, and a more unified presentation throughout the home.

By refining furniture placement, editing existing pieces, and recommending strategic updates, we highlighted the home’s architecture and maximized the connection to its stunning waterfront setting. This project shows how the right consultation can elevate a property’s natural strengths and create strong buyer appeal.
