TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! The home included a separate downstairs apartment, making it especially important to define spaces clearly for buyers. We began with a consultation, helping the sellers edit and arrange their existing pieces, then brought in additional furniture and accessories to complete the vacant rooms.
