Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

Pasadena Luxury Home – A Complete Reimagining

TLC Home was thrilled to stage a second property for Sandra Lastner, serving as both the realtor and seller for this beautiful luxury two-story home in Pasadena. This project showcased how thoughtful home staging can dramatically change the look and feel of every space.

We repurposed existing furnishings and redefined each room’s function, creating completely different looks throughout the home. Updated layouts, cohesive color flow, and luxury-level styling gave the property a fresh, market-ready identity that photographed beautifully and appealed to discerning buyers.

This collaboration reflected trust built through past success — and once again demonstrated how professional staging transforms lived-in spaces into refined showpieces that sell.

Stevensville Waterfront Luxury – The TLC Touch Throughout

TLC Home provided an occupied staging consultation and accessorizing services for this stunning 7,000 sq. ft. luxury waterfront home in Stevensville. With grand rooms and breathtaking water views, our goal was to enhance what was already beautiful — refining furniture placement, balancing scale, and adding TLC Touch accessories to bring warmth, texture, and polish to every space.

Through careful editing and curated styling, we created a cohesive flow that highlighted both the home’s architectural elegance and its relaxed, Chesapeake lifestyle. This project is a perfect example of how professional staging consultations and thoughtful accessorizing can transform even the most luxurious occupied homes into inviting, market-ready showpieces.
