Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home staged this unique two-story waterfront home in Severna Park, a property full of cottage character and personality. The home included a separate downstairs apartment, making it especially important to define spaces clearly for buyers. We began with a consultation, helping the sellers edit and arrange their existing pieces, then brought in additional furniture and accessories to complete the vacant rooms. The result was a cohesive, welcoming design that highlighted the home’s charm and versatile layout while drawing attention to its beautiful waterfront setting.

The home was already fully furnished, so our focus was on refining furniture placement, enhancing flow, and adding carefully selected accessories to elevate the look. With thoughtful styling and attention to detail, we created a warm, polished design that complemented the home’s waterfront setting and invited buyers to imagine life by the Chesapeake.
