Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

Severna Park Home – From Organized to Market-Ready

TLC Home provided a staging consultation and one organizing session for this Severna Park home before transitioning into a full occupied staging plan. The seller initially reached out for organizing services, but after our consultation, we recommended focusing on staging to best prepare the home for a quick, high-value sale.

We worked primarily with the seller’s existing furnishings, carefully editing, rearranging, and simplifying to create better flow and highlight the home’s architecture. A few TLC Home accessories and accent pieces were added to elevate the look and bring warmth to each space.

The transformation was dramatic — the rooms felt brighter, more open, and thoughtfully styled, with strong before-and-after results that photographed beautifully. This project is a wonderful example of how organization and home staging work hand in hand to create order, purpose, and the emotional connection buyers respond to.
