Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home staged this contemporary waterfront home in Severna Park using a partially staged approach that combined the seller’s existing furniture with select TLC Home pieces. Our goal was to enhance the home’s modern architecture while creating inviting, livable spaces that draw attention to the beautiful waterfront views. By editing, layering, and adding complementary décor, we created a cohesive look that highlighted light, flow, and connection to the outdoors. The home included a separate downstairs apartment, making it especially important to define spaces clearly for buyers. We began with a consultation, helping the sellers edit and arrange their existing pieces, then brought in additional furniture and accessories to complete the vacant rooms. The result was a cohesive, welcoming design that highlighted the home’s charm and versatile layout while drawing attention to its beautiful waterfront setting.
