Welcome To My TLC Home

Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional.  In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. With TLC home, you will be getting a team with decades of experience, a team that is well connected with the top producing realtors in the area and a team that will provide great communication between the realtors and homeowners throughout the staging process. Thanks for considering TLC home as your go-to staging company! We will not let you down.

TLC Home staged this Severna Park home nestled in a peaceful, rural setting. With an open family and dining area designed for first-floor living, the goal was to create a comfortable, connected flow throughout. We coordinated the seller’s existing pieces with warm greens and tans for a cozy, natural feel that suited the surroundings perfectly. The seller’s beautiful bed provided the perfect centerpiece for a welcoming primary suite.

TLC Home absolutely loved staging this stunning 2600 sq.ft., two-story Admiral Square townhouse in Annapolis. Brookfield Residential Properties builds beautiful homes and this unit boasted a fantastic kitchen and huge living spaces. We loved the modern appeal and staged to suit young Annapolitan tastes.
