TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. TLC Home recently staged an updated split foyer home in Annapolis, MD, in collaboration with Realtor Leslee Borman of Berkshire Hathaway. This property had a pleasant surprise with its beautiful paint selection of Sherwin Williams Alabaster, a soft white tone that perfectly complemented the home’s updated features. In a market where “white is the new grey,” this fresh color palette added modern sophistication and appeal.
Our team strategically used the budget to enhance the fantastic upper floor, showcasing its bright and airy atmosphere while also making sure the lower level had purpose and appeal. By bringing balance and flow to the spaces, we highlighted the home’s best features and made sure buyers could visualize the full potential of the entire layout.
