TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. My TLC Home truly enjoyed staging this vacant, two story colonial, located in Severna Park, MD. As an Arnold Home Staging and Organizing Company, Terry Cooch and the team at TLC Home LLC have over 40 years of interior decorating and home staging experience. For this particular property, you will see in the photos above, that the wood floors brightened and some paint freshened. The owners left a sofa, but the rest of the house was vacant. The owners decided on a minimum staging budget and we were happy to comply. Just a few props and the promise of a beautiful place to sleep, TLC Home staging helped to sell this charming tudor style house in under 30 days.
