Terry Cooch established TLC Home, LLC in 2008, spending hundreds of hours assisting people in making their homes comfortable and functional. In 2012, Terry earned ASP certification as a stager. TLC Home now solely provides staging services, however, Terry's prior work as a professional organizer has given her the insight to provide practical ideas in her staging consultations, lessening the stress and enabling homeowners to take on the duties required to get their home sold. She enjoys both hands-on occupied and vacant staging, and she never fails to get enthusiastic when her staged property sells on the first day for top dollar and often multiple offers! Terry's team has over 50 years of staging experience and can handle any job, no matter how big or small. My TLC Home truly enjoyed staging this vacant, two story colonial, located in Severna Park, MD. As an Arnold Home Staging and Organizing Company, Terry Cooch and the team at TLC Home LLC have over 40 years of interior decorating and home staging experience. For this particular property, you will see in the photos above, that the wood floors brightened and some paint freshened. The owners left a sofa, but the rest of the house was vacant. The owners decided on a minimum staging budget and we were happy to comply.
