I was having a problem with rodent and I called Top Notch Roofing and Mr. Davidson came out and inspected my roof for damage and he didn't find anything wrong. He was very honest about my situation that the builder did not build properly. I'm glad that there are still honest people around. Top Notch is not trying to make a quick buck. I was told a neighbor that they would find something wrong even if it wasn't something really wrong with the roof.
