This was my first time contracting a Roofing Company. Roof installation was ok but expensive, but it turns into a really bad experience at the hands of a tainted staff; Rich Faas, who was pushy, rude and disrespectful. We felt we have been harassed with his rude demanding e-mails, he sent supplement invoices without letting us know which we have told them they should get us approval first and always including us in the communication.
