Roof installation was ok but expensive, but it turns into a really bad experience at the hands of a tainted staff; Rich Faas, who was pushy, rude and disrespectful. We felt we have been harassed with his rude demanding e-mails, he sent supplement invoices without letting us know which we have told them they should get us approval first and always including us in the communication. It's this kind of bad apples turn FL insurance into bankruptcy.
