On 11/21/2024 after the scheduled time, I called the office and the young lady who answered the phone was very professional and apologized for Brett not showing up or at least call me. My parents dealt with Tony Boren. In an emergency situation after a bad storm, he was able to arrive with his team within a reasonable amount of time. They made me feel like my elderly parents were in good hands. He was very personable and great at communication. He helped with the insurance side of things and I highly recommend them.
