We were very impressed with TRC, Gary Quillin came to our home inspected the roof with a drone and a written estimate with booklets on different roofs to choose was in our mailbox within a couple days. He followed up with us on what choices we had in colors and materials within a day of receiving the packet. We set a date and time, and both were carried out promptly. May 2021 - I had a 4 yr old roof with no history of who performed the work. Rather than constantly worrying about the next leak, I told Ryan, from TRC, that I wanted an entirely new roof that was warranted. He offered me 3 options and I took the most complete option that included a transferable warranty. Ryan pointed out why the roof was leaking and other flaws in the original construction. In addition to the roof, we replaced 4 skylights, added 2 Ridge Vents, and one soffit repair. Plus, w... Read more
