On 11/21/2024 after the scheduled time, I called the office and the young lady who answered the phone was very professional and apologized for Brett not showing up or at least call me. My parents dealt with Tony Boren. In an emergency situation after a bad storm, he was able to arrive with his team within a reasonable amount of time. They made me feel like my elderly parents were in good hands. He was very personable and great at communication. He helped with the insurance side of things and I highly recommend them. We hired TRC to build a patio cover/roof for us, and it turned out 100x better than we imagined it! Kevin did a great job project managing from start to finish. The teams were prompt, easy to work with, and listened to what we wanted every step of the way. It was a seamless experience.
